UNILATE™

To prevent dimensional shrinkage of finished goods.Any application where high dimensional stability is required at temperature over 80°C

UNILATE™  is a series of plate materials for which polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resins compounded with glass staple fibers, inorganic fillers, and such are extruded into sheets and then laminated and heat-pressed.
UNILATE™ features superior heat resistance, withstand voltage, strength and processability compared to the plates of other thermoplastic resins such as nylon and polyacetal.
For electrical insulation applications, UNILATE™ shows significantly improved water-absorbing and electrical properties, as well as processability in comparison with thermosetting resin laminated sheets.

HIGH IMPACT POLYSTYRENE MATERIAL OPTIONS

HIS Assembly – High impact polystyrene can be assembled with mechanical fasteners, solvents, or adhesives.

Good Printable Substrate – High impact polystyrene can be decorated using a variety of printing methods including screen printing, offset lithography, and flexography.

FDA Compliant Material – HIS sheet is available in FDA compliant grades.

Orfitrans™ Stiff High Impact Poly Sheet for O&P – is a material used for the production of check sockets and flexible sockets. It has good impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and moderate stiffness.
